The End of the Story

With some free advice, the owner of this ecommerce business found that his conversion rate had been artificially suppressed by visits from a robot called Halebot, like Halibut. This was very fishy (sorry).

      You should give your employees some freedom to explore your analytics. Setup Google Analytics if you don’t have it installed. You can make small changes to your site and look to see if your ecommerce conversion rate goes up or down.
